The Commonwealth Ombudsman deals with complaints about Government departments and agencies. The ombudsman can’t make binding decisions but can made recommendations to the Government based on its investigations.

At the AEC website you can search for your postcode to establish which electorate you live in, enrol to vote or change your address and find out about upcoming elections.
